Behind the scenes, I work with a small, trusted team to ensure everything runs seamlessly—from preparation to service—so you can be fully present and enjoy the experience.

“I first crossed paths with Chef Cornelius in February 2022 when I was looking for a unique stay-at-home date night for my wife and I. He cooked up quite a feast. The braised short ribs in a mole sauce were to die for! CJ's attention to detail was impressive ... the food was of course fantastic, but it was the surrounding experience that made things so special. He provided table settings, decor and a printed menu, the presentation and plating was amazing and of course he provided table service. We felt like we suddenly had a Michelin star restaurant in our basement!
Since then we've worked with Cornelius on several other events: once at the family lake house in Michigan, a feast at our childrens' school and twice he was on hand with our extended family for our Christmas Eve dinner, most recently just 3 nights ago!
