A collaboration with the Chamba Life team on the beautiful backwoods of Stoned Fairy Farms in Pecatonica Illinois. Vibrant green acers of land stretching down to the sunset before dinner service. Seating arrangements for guests including pillow top cushions along a elegant grounded long table decorated with tea candles and floral sights made by Blooming Souls . Many different table tops and decor to encourage conversation as well.

Guests gathered before dinner service to have a celebratory smoke session to ring in the seasons greetings of beltane with a scenery of green. Dinner this evening was a four course menu paired with vitalizing CBD drink cocktails by Chamba Life Partner Joanne and music from Julius Bindram III. Once the was set the bonfire was lit to spark up the evening.

Cold Soba Noodles, Black Mayu Garlic Oil, Soft Shoyu Egg, Puffed Rice, and Togarashi Chili Flake

Dinner began with appetizing bowl of chilled soba noodles tossed in a black CBD garlic oil (Mayu Sauce) and garnished with crispy puffed rice, a soft boiled shoyu egg and togarashi chili flake to spice things up. Second course was a Spanish Covina white fish, grilled over an open fire and served with a ln infused miso butter sauce, sweet and sour pickled plums (Umeboshi) and an arugula salad with yuzu vinaigrette.

Following fish with a seared espresso crusted hanger steak marinated with chils, vinegar, and spices. Garnished with blistered tomatoes, infused shisito verde, and a bitternut squash pureé. The evening was finished and sweetened with a yuzu creme bruleé garnished with fresh berries, burnt cannabis sugar, and matcha powder to intensify the high and settle the stomachs.
