The Ultimate Pantry Guide

My kitchen actually WAS this cluttered when I got the idea to create this book. Lol.

If you are NOT subscribed to our corny newsletter squad, shame on you… just kidding (kind of) BUT more importantly, you may have not noticed yesterday’s new content; my latest e-book Mise En-xiety: Operation Pantry. The name comes from the French phrase “Mise en place” which means “Everything in it’s place or putting in place”. According to google translate it means “establishment” but we’re using kitchen slang here.

This book made in mind with all of the people who are becoming more food savvy, home chefs, and folks with cluttered kitchens who want a more efficient and streamlined way to make cooking a beautiful breeze. The media (TV and corporate blogs), in my opinion, lacks realistic information. I felt the need as someone with years in the industry and first-hand experience as a neat freak, to share my thoughts and lessons learned about an organized kitchen.

Mise En-xiety is guide filled with tools, tips, and tricks to give you ideas and assist you in making cooking the fun and pleasurable process it is meant to be. I also share some awesome multi-use seasonings/spice mixes and things to avoid in your local grocery store that are just a money grab. I hope you enjoy and please do email any dope kitchen transformations you do in your kitchen. Thank you!
